Job summary

The Print Haus, Inc. in Sylva, NC is hiring for a full-time, in-person role focused on assisting customers with printing, copying, and sign needs. You will blend service with creative production and have a Monday to Friday schedule.

You will primarily handle customer service (over 80%) while also contributing to design tasks (up to 20%). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is highly valued for this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to reliably commute daily to the onsite location in Sylva, NC.
• Relocation to Sylva, NC before starting work (required).
• Microsoft Office experience is required to work with customer files.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop is highly preferred for design and production needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers daily to help fulfill printing, copying, and sign requirements.
• Focus primarily on customer service, with customer support making up more than 80% of the role.
• Support graphic design tasks as needed, up to 20%, across items such as business cards, postcards, forms, promotional items, large format, etc.
