Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, prepare breakfast items and made-to-order sandwiches, and operate the cash register at our Richboro location.

You will also maintain a clean coffee station and assist with fuel, lottery, and ID verification for age-restricted products. Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, with reliable transportation, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as our breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following policies and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
