Job summary

U-Haul in Maryland is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the face of our service, helping customers with products and services, and using smartphone-based U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.

The role involves moving and hooking up trucks, inspecting equipment, answering questions, preparing invoices, and supporting ongoing U-Haul education. Certification for propane, forklift, and additional training is offered on employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluid checks and cleaning.
