Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Lawrenceburg, TN is seeking a PART-TIME Sales Associate to help wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend products.

You will deliver orders to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using company vehicles, assist on the sales floor, process transactions, and support monthly and yearly goals.

This role involves safety, customer interactions (including minors), and compliance with laws; previous retail or paint knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair and servicing needs
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules
• Comply with all laws, traffic regulations

This PART-TIME position works closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. In this position, you will also be responsible for delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores in a safe and timely manner using Company vans or pick-up trucks.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #2077, located at: 2002 N LOCUST AVE, LAWRENCEBURG, TN 38464.

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
