Job summary

White Castle in Lombard, IL is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver great guest experiences at the counter and drive-thru. You’ll handle cash transactions, help prepare orders, and keep the dining and kitchen areas clean in a fast-paced setting.

No prior experience is required; we’ll train you. This role emphasizes energy, teamwork and a positive attitude, with weekly pay and opportunities to grow within our long-standing family business.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
