Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Cary, NC is seeking a Field Resources Planner to own end-to-end planning for allocation and deployment of field resources in a dynamic healthcare service environment.

You will coordinate with field management, schedule appointments with customers, and drive capacity planning to meet commitments while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of SAP preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and partners.
• Ability to manage complex projects and determine critical paths.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning for allocation and deployment of field resources.
• Coordinate with field management and customers to schedule appointments.
• Identify capacity constraints and optimize utilization to meet commitments.
• Lead change management and drive process improvements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers during service events.
