Transcat in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to act as a bridge between operations, sales, and customers. You will predominantly handle tickets, requests, lead escalations, quotes, and item status with light supervision.
You will also process orders, communicate estimates and PO numbers, inform customers of repair and calibration timelines, assist shipping and receiving, and keep files accurate and complete to support smooth service delivery.

The Customer Service Coordinator will serve as a conduit for information between operations, sales, and the customer. The successful candidate will predominantly support tickets, requests, lead escalation, quotes, and status of items – but should also be comfortable in independent decision making to proactively communicate with customers and prioritize work without high levels of supervision.
