You will operate cash registers, process payments, apply discounts and coupons, and assist customers with Loyalty Program sign-ups while ensuring accurate bagging and courteous service.

You will also handle money orders, lotto tickets, and wire transfers, process returns, sell gift cards, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Customer Service Desk.

• Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and money handling machines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service following company standards.

• Assist Loyalty Program questions or sign-ups and bag items.
• Operate machines for money orders, lotto, and wire transfers.
• Process returns, sell gift cards and lotto tickets, and handle other transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Customer Service Desk and front area.
• Replace stock in display areas and follow uniform/grooming policy.
