Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a Crew Member to serve guests with a friendly, efficient attitude in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, safe dining area.

Roles include both customer service and light kitchen duties; no prior experience required beyond reliability and teamwork. Flexible scheduling and paid training are offered to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to read safety rules, operating and training manuals.
• Must stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must get along with coworkers and guests in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately take orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with our Delivery Partners.
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock product and workstations.
• Use kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, grills, and other equipment.
• Keep a clean work environment by cleaning stations, equipment, dishes, and floors.
