Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking Team Members to support front of house operations and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle order taking, food preparation assistance, and guest interactions while maintaining standards and training diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Must be Consistent and reliable.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Have the ability to work outside for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Execute front of house operations with excellence.
• Serve guests with great customer service.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all Front of house stations, including order taking, running orders, bagging and drink making.
• Complete checklists and tasks with excellence.
• Stock front of house inventory as needed.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Know and follow organizational standards.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
