Basic Function

To operate the cash register and assist with front line food preparation procedures. Also wipe tables, maintain a clean dining area, and keep the parking lot tidy.

Personal Requirements, Skills, and Abilities

• Some high school courses preferred.
• Must be clean, neat, and well groomed.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees.
• Must have good hearing for customer interactions and drive‑through duties.
• Must be honest.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and read recipes.
• Must have basic knowledge of fast‑food operations and familiarity with cash register and front line preparation procedures.
• Must pay attention to detail, cope with pressure, and remain calm during challenging situations.
• Must work as a team member and perform duties with minimal disruption to customers or colleagues.
• Must tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of the shift.
• Must have good manual dexterity to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods.
• Must count money and give change correctly.
