Crew Carwash in Avon, Indiana is hiring a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member for daytime shifts Monday through Friday. You will greet customers, load cars, provide service guidance, and help maintain a clean environment while delivering a friendly, safe experience.

No prior experience is required, must be at least 16, and the role offers $15–$16 per hour with incentive pay, daily pay options, and benefits for full-time teammates including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Daytime Monday–Friday schedule available.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
