Job Description: Branch Associate

The Branch Associate is responsible for receiving and preparing orders, safely moving, loading, and delivering products. This role also involves providing customer service and operating tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment as needed.

The selected individual will work at Automotive Branch #9159, located at 37 Teed Drive, Randolph, MA 02368. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm, subject to change based on business needs.

The position involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables. To ensure safety and security, a review of criminal history is required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willing to work all scheduled hours, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience with material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks)
• At least one year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Load and unload products from deliveries
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policies
