Job summary

Tony's Fresh Market in Illinois is seeking Courtesy Clerks to bag groceries for customers and assist with carts and basic customer service. You will work in a fast-paced retail setting and must be ready for all weather, with weekend and holiday availability to support store needs.

Responsibilities include efficient bagging, helping customers to their vehicles when possible, and maintaining smooth cart flow while upholding store standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with a keen sense of details.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Can handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling product or using various equipment.
• Ability to shine in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available weekends and Holidays
• Store Hours of operation: 7am - 10pm (7days a week)

Responsibilities

• Courtesy Clerks help put purchased groceries into bags for customers.
• Assist customers to their vehicle when needed and provide best customer service.
• Bring in carts when cart flow is low and ensure bags are packed to maximize space.
• Be prepared for weather conditions and come ready to work.
