AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant to stock and merchandise products at client sites, ensuring displays are attractive and organized while maintaining product freshness.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, accurate inventory management, and adherence to food safety standards, with opportunities for growth in a family-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise at client locations.
• Stock and merchandise products to be visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired items.
• Store and maintain refrigerated and perishable products.
• Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor inventory needs and communicate shortages.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
