Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant, Part-Time to support client locations with cheerful service and organized merchandising.

You will stock displays, rotate inventory, assist with deliveries, and maintain clean, safe settings while building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise at client locations.
• Merchandise products to keep shelves, displays and designated areas stocked and appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable items are stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean merchandising displays and areas.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
