AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Customer Service Attendant, part-time, to join our team in Lafayette, Indiana. You will engage with clients, restock displays, and help ensure a clean, organized service area.

You'll promote products, provide friendly service, and follow safety and merchandising standards while balancing a flexible schedule and a positive, family-style workplace culture.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
