AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking a friendly and hardworking Customer Service Attendant (Part-time) for our Holmes County, OH location.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, stocking displays, and maintaining attractive merchandising while following safety standards. Ideal candidates are outgoing, team-oriented and organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to perform currency, weight and measurement calculations as needed.

MICRO MARKET/VENDING

The number one job of micro market and vending team members is to provide the best hospitality service to each customer they encounter. Some of the opportunities available are customer service attendant, delivery driver, management, technician, warehouse team member and many other positions.

HEADQUARTERS OPERATIONS

HEADQUARTERS SERVICE CENTER

Our Headquarters Service Center serves as the main support for all AVI operations throughout the United States. Departments include accounting, administration, finance, human resources, marketing, procurement, risk management, training and development, wellness and much more.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
