The schedule includes Tue-Thu 11:00 am–7:30 pm and Sat-Sun 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with a focus on stocking, merchandising, and maintaining clean displays while upholding food safety standards. Training and growth opportunities are available.

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise at client locations.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant, Full-time in Akron, OH. The schedule for this position is:

Tuesday-Thursday, 11am-7:30pm

Saturday-Sunday, 7am-3:30pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
