AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is hiring a Full-time Market Merchandiser Attendant for morning shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work at a single location in the New Cumberland, MD area.

The role involves receiving deliveries, stocking vending machines, maintaining refrigeration, managing inventory, handling money from machines, and ensuring clean, welcoming displays ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries of items at client locations.
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels.
• Place stock on shelves or in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure all cold food items are refrigerated.
• Oversee ordering of merchandise and inventory control.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money from machines (coins and bills).
• Interact positively with customers with eye contact and a smile.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Maintain clean vending areas.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Full-time Market Merchandiser Attendant working morning shifts Monday - Friday and an occasional Saturday at one location in the New Cumberland, MD area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packages foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
