Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant for a full-time role in Greenwood, IN. You will receive and organize deliveries, stock displays, interact with customers, and maintain clean, safe product areas.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. Pre-employment drug testing is conducted and EOE is observed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries at client locations.

• Keep product displays clean, organized and attractive.
• Monitor inventory needs and communicate shortages or preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and build client relationships.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant.

This is a full-time position in Greenwood, IN.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
