Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly, hard-working Customer Service Attendant for its Wilmington, NC call-in position. Join a team-focused environment that values loyalty, growth opportunities, and a family culture.

You will handle deliveries, restock and maintain vending units, interact with customers, and ensure equipment and areas are clean and well-organized. Prior presentation and reliability are important in this role.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries at client locations (soft drinks, bakery, snacks, etc.).
• Restock vending machines to proper inventory levels.
• Place stock on shelves or in vending machines and maintain shelves.
• Ensure refrigeration of cold food products.
• Oversee ordering and control inventory; collect unsold merchandise.
• Collect money from machines and handle transactions.
• Maintain clean vending areas and machine sanitation.
• Provide positive customer interaction with smiles and eye contact.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and assist with general upkeep.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant.

This is a call-in position in Wilmington, NC.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packaged foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
