This is an active, hands‑on role where your energy, professionalism, and friendliness directly shape the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile
• Help customers understand and maximize the value of our Unlimited Wash Pass
• Support site operations through safety checks, equipment monitoring, and basic preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment
• Stay engaged and contribute to a fast‑paced, team‑oriented shift
• Participate in training, coaching, and continuous development opportunities

Physical Realities of the Job

This is a highly active, outdoor role. You will:

• Stand for most of your shift (up to 98%)
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Bend, walk, and occasionally lift 15–50 lbs
• Work near moving equipment in a loud environment
