Scrub-A-Dub Car Wash & Oil Change in West Bend, WI is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant for a part-time role. You will greet customers, educate them on our products and services, and help keep the facility clean to ensure a great customer experience.

Pay ranges from $14 to $16 per hour base plus commission. Weekend availability is required. Perks include health, dental and vision after 3 months, paid time off, and a 401k with a 4% company match.

As our Customer Service Attendant, you will be promptly greeting customers with a friendly and sincere approach educating them on the products and services we offer as well as maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of our facility in order to deliver an overall positive customer experience.

What you would do?

• Directly interact with customers to educate them on the products and services we offer and make recommendations
• Process transactions and Point-Of-Sale (POS)/cashier-related tasks
• Maintain the physical appearance, organization, and cleanliness of the premises

• Be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
• Capable to operate a computer
• Ability to work outdoors and in warm and cold environments (ALL seasons)
