Job summary

WashU Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Associate to create a great customer experience and help customers choose the right membership. No prior car wash experience is required as we provide on-site training.

You will be part of a friendly team, earning commissions while maintaining a fast-paced outdoor work environment. Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time roles, 20–40 hours weekly, and benefits like free car washes help you grow with us.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you're the face of WashU. Your main focus is creating a great experience for every customer and helping them find the membership that fits their needs. No car wash experience needed — we'll train you. What we're really looking for is someone friendly, reliable, and motivated to earn.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and answer questions about our services and membership packages
• Sell and upsell monthly memberships and premium wash services
• Process cash and card payments accurately
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Monitor vehicles through the wash and operate equipment including power washers and vacuums
• Help keep the facility clean and well-maintained
