Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries of beverages, bakery, snacks, and specialty foods at client locations.
• Restock vending machines to target inventory levels.
• Display stock on shelves or in vending machines and coolers.
• Ensure all cold foods are properly refrigerated and safe to serve.
• Oversee ordering and inventory control for merchandise.
• Remove unsold or stale items from machines.
• Collect money from machines and handle transactions.
• Engage customers with eye contact and a smile to promote products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of vending areas and machines.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and report issues promptly.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant, Part-time. This position is Monday - Friday 4pm-10:30pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packages foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
