Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly and hardworking Customer Service Attendant to join our team, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm. This on-site position supports client locations with professional service and well-presented merchandise.

You will engage customers, work independently or with teammates, manage time effectively, and perform simple calculations as needed. AVI Foodsystems emphasizes a family culture, comprehensive training, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries and merchandise at client locations.
• Stock shelves, coolers, vending machines, and displays.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired items.
• Maintain proper storage of refrigerated and perishable products.
• Keep product displays attractive and organized.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs and preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant. This position is Monday - Friday 7am-12:30pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
