Job summary

Legendary Doughnuts in Covington, WA is seeking a friendly, self-motivated part-time Customer Service team member for our Kent Station location. This role focuses on greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with orders in a fast-paced environment.

Weekends are required. The position offers approximately 20–30 hours per week with insurance benefits available for employees working 30 or more hours per week. A Food Handler's Card is encouraged to ensure food safety standards are met.

Approx 20-30 hours a week

This is for our new Kent Station location . Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Obtain a Food Handler's Card and follow all food safety guidelines
• Prepare various specialty drinks
• Decorate doughnuts as needed
• Prepare and serve doughnut sandwiches
• Complete various tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers

Wage approximately $24.00 per hour. Insurance benefits available for employees working 30 or more hours per week.
