Raising Cane’s in Ridgeland, MS is hiring entry-level Customer Service Associates. You will take drive-thru orders, assemble and deliver meals, keep the dining area clean, and interact with customers to ensure a great experience.

Open across all shifts with paid training provided. Start wages at $11.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn raises within the first year through training and performance. No prior restaurant experience required.

Location: 930 E. County Line Road, RIDGELAND, MS, 39157 Starting hiring pay at: $11.00 As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. As the name suggests, your main priority is to provide great customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, talking to customers, etc. We are looking to hire Customer Service Associates who can thrive in an upbeat and fast-paced environment. We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts and everything in between. Whether you have previous experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, drive-thru cashier or any other restaurant or service-oriented role - we have a position for you. Even if you don’t have previous Restaurant experience, this position is entry-level (yes, that’s no experience required) and we provide paid training for every new Customer Service Associate on the team.
