A leading retail company in Shasta Lake, CA is seeking a Customer Service Associate I to assist customers and manage sales transactions effectively. This role requires previous customer service experience, a high school diploma, and good communication skills. The associate will ensure a neat store environment and provide a positive shopping experience for customers. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a positive and safe environment while maintaining professional interactions.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.
