Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer in our Farmingdale store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the cash register, and help keep the store clean, stocked, and safe.

We value reliable team players with strong communication skills who can follow instructions, lift up to 50 lbs, and provide friendly, professional service to customers and coworkers alike. Part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise; unload trucks.
• Keep the store clean and presentable; manage bathrooms.
• Provide a positive, respectful environment for customers and team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
