Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a positive shopping experience at our Patterson, NY store. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep shelves stocked while maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly store environment.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, replenishing stock, and maintaining orderly areas. Prior customer service experience is preferred and basic instructions must be followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
