Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Springerville, AZ is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help create a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, restocking and ensuring a safe, friendly environment. The role offers part-time hours with opportunities for growth and benefits such as retirement plans and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills are required.
