Job summary

Family Dollar LLC in South Holland, IL, is seeking a part-time store associate to deliver friendly customer service and handle sales at the register. You will assist customers with questions, maintain clean store areas, stock shelves, unload trucks, and ensure safety and asset protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
