Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC in Russells Point, Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience for customers by assisting with questions and recommendations, processing transactions, and keeping the store well-stocked and organized.

You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a safe, friendly environment while following instructions and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store experience is highly preferred.
• Follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
