Dollar Tree Here in Prairieville, LA is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to assist customers, handle transactions, keep shelves stocked, and maintain store cleanliness. You’ll work at the register, help unload merchandise, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
