Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Port Hadlock, Washington is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, handle sales at the register, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness and safety while following store procedures.

This role offers daily customer interaction, opportunities to grow with the team, and a commitment to a respectful, helpful environment across all store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail customer service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
