Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in California to assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness. This part-time role emphasizes friendly customer interactions and safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, replenishment, and maintaining a positive work environment while following store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
