Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Arkansas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Paragould, AR to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help with stocking and cleaning to maintain a clean, safe store.

This part-time role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with duties including unloading trucks and maintaining a neat store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
