Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate in New Philadelphia, OH to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe store environment with friendly interactions.

This part-time role supports daily store operations and customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes strong customer service, merchandising, and teamwork, with responsibilities that include following store procedures and ensuring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
