Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience for customers in our Missouri City, TX store. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help keep the store organized and well stocked.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail experience preferred, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Part-time position with benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
