Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC in Lone Oak, Kentucky is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers and maintain a welcoming store environment. You will assist with questions, process sales at the register, and keep shelves stocked and organized.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions, cash security, and adherence to safety standards. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform the physical tasks listed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills are required.
