Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and presentable.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
