Job summary

Dollar Tree in League City, TX is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions, stock merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail or service experience is preferred, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. We are committed to a friendly, professional environment with opportunities to grow within the store network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
