Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Key West, FL is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help maintain store appearance and stock levels.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, safety, and efficient store operations, with duties including merchandise reception, restocking, cleaning, and supporting store leadership in daily tasks. This is a part-time position in Key West.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
