Job summary

Family Dollar LLC in Hoyt Lakes, Minnesota, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience by helping customers, processing sales, and keeping the store secure and welcoming.

This part-time role involves stocking, unloading merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with returns, and working with leadership to ensure a safe, friendly environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet physical demands (walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling).
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Skills and Experience

Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
