Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a positive shopping experience and assist customers with questions, returns, and recommendations.

You will handle cash at the register, keep aisles stocked, help unload deliveries, and maintain store cleanliness while upholding safety and courtesy toward customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
