Job summary

Family Dollar LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience in our Firebaugh, CA store. You’ll assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness while upholding safety and courtesy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, retail or service experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a national discount

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
