Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Alabama LLC in Enterprise, AL is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure safety and friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
