Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a part‑time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our DeWitt, MI location. Responsibilities include assisting customers with questions, managing transactions at the register, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Other duties as assigned
